Questin about CF!!! - Page 1

I have a problem. I dont know how to install CF and all this programms staff on my calc.
The "read-me.txt" is not very helpful. I have no idea how to bring it to run. Can anyone explain it better and exactly how to do it, please! (sorry for my english)

First send cinstall and tinstall to your calculator (nothing else). Run cinstall and follow the instructions.

When I start Cinstall it dont go:

ERROR:
PROGRAMM NOT FOUND!

i dont know what to do with the libaires!

The problem is not the libraries. Send cinstall in the main folder.
And follow the instruction.

but when I send only cinstal and when I run it on my calc it comes the error message: "PROGRAMM NOT FOUND"!
What should I do?

You are supposed to send tinstall as well.

Set the language as English. It should work.

I set the language in english and it works!

I really don't see why you don't take the 5 minutes necessary to fix that problem. It's just a "NONE" to replace with a Local notexist and a getType(notexist), nothing else.

The only good solution is to detect the language, then quit if it isn't 'english'.

In the case of cinstall, that's not any less work than just make it work with all languages.
And you see, there are other people than me who are also doing what they are supposed to do (thanks you, Link).

Don't make any generalisation like this
(about kernel mode, but also about nostub mode)

The quality of q game (or any other kindof program !) depends of the abability of the programmer to program well.
It doesn't depend of the kind (kernel or nostub) program !

Kernels provide some facilities that nostub doesnt' allow to use... but nostub is also better in some situations...
So, don't believe that a program is better because it's kernel (and I get the same comment for nostub, naturaly !)



PS: uch... writting english is quite hard, actually...

english is my first foreign language I've learnt (and I still learn) at school... I've learned it for 8 years... and i've begun the 9th...)
And I've studied German for 7 years... but I can't speak it or write it as good as english

People who speak french are quarrelling in English because we are in the English section for CF. Why don't you continue your fight in french ? (most of you speak french better than english).

hehe... too bad you can't have english tags in the english section and french ones for the french section...

the english section of the T3 forum is only a very little sub-forum of the whole site...
I think it would be a lot of work for yAro (the web-master) to implement this... and there are only a few english people coming here...
