At the convention, it is possible to sleep on site. Take a sleeping bag, wash basins are available (no shower). A breakfast is available on site.

However, we recommend you during your booking (hotel, transportation, ...) favor flexible offerings (refundable, changeable or not registered). We remind you that in 2009 the RGC event was canceled one month before the official date. In 2014, the AC event was advanced a week, a month before the date originally planned.
