You can download the manual from TI's website.
for instance, for the 30x IIB : http://education.ti.com/us/product/tech/30xiib/guide/guides.html
(unfortunatelly, it appears that it is not available in french)
Theses files should be in PDF format, if it's the same as for TI-89/92/V200, which I know better
(BTW, the official language on this "International" Board is english
)

Tu peux télécharger le manuel depuis le site de TI.
Par exemple, pour la 30x IIB :

(malheureusement, il semble qu'il ne soit pas disponible en français)
Ces fichiers devraient être au format PDF, si c'est pareil que pour les TI-89/92+/v200, que je connais mieux
(au passage, la langage officielle pour ce forum "International" est l'anglais )
